Self-collected fresh summer truffle (tuber aestivum). The summer truffle, also known in Spanish as the St. John’s truffle, is available exclusively from May 1 to August 15. Noir et Blanc® Saison offers the possibility of enjoying this fruit at its peak of freshness.
