If your order has arrived late, in poor condition, you do not like it, it is not what you expected or, if you have had any other incident, we would like you to let us know so we can give you an answer as quickly as possible.
For food safety reasons, in the case of gastronomic products, and for hygienic safety reasons, in the case of cosmetic products, we cannot accept product returns. But this does not mean that we cannot look for a solution to the incidence that you have had. We will assess and analyze what has happened to you and we will try to give you an answer with which you can feel comfortable and satisfied.
