We will inform you. As soon as your order is delivered to the courier, we will send you an email informing you that the order has already been processed.
When the package that contains your order has arrived at the central facilities of the courier company, you will be sent an SMS message informing you of the day and time of delivery of the package. If the proposed day and time does not go well, you can request to change the day and time of delivery.

We are aware that once you have placed your order you would like to have it at home as quickly as possible. And we work to get it to you as quickly as possible. In our case, the delivery time can range between 24, 36 and 48 hours, depending on the day of the week and the time of the day that you place your order.
Delivery in 24 hours
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 12 a.m.
Orders are prepared the same day that they are formalized and are delivered to the recipient within a maximum period of 24 hours.
Delivery in 36 hours
Orders placed Monday through Wednesday after 12 noon.
Orders are prepared the day after that they are formalized and, therefore, they are delivered to the recipient within a maximum period of 36 hours.
Delivery in 48 hours
Orders placed between Thursday from 12pm and Sunday at 12pm.
They are prepared on the Monday of the following week and are delivered to the recipient on Tuesday.
You have to know that we have an internal standard. And it is that the orders cannot exceed 24 hours in the hands of the carrier. In this way we can guarantee that the truffle and the different Noir et Blanc® gastronomic products reach you with the quality that comes from our facilities.

Do you have an emergency and is it the weekend? Contact us. At the moment, we do not have delivery service during the weekend. Remember that the transport service will have sent you a text message the day before the delivery date informing you of the approximate time of delivery of your order. If the time slot does not go well for you, you can request a change to ensure that you can be at the place of delivery at the time of arrival of your order.
In addition, it is recommended that, at the time of ordering, in the comments section, you leave an alternative collection address that you trust – neighbor, concierge service, store near your home. It is important to be able to deliver the product within the established period to receive the truffle in its best condition.
